We can offer a choice of Holiday Apartments, all of them fully self-contained with a lounge, colour television, fully equipped kitchen, toilet, shower or bath.

The house stands in an acre of grounds, and the well maintained gardens enjoy beautiful views.

A laundry room is available for the use of guests and cots are available free of charge. Guests can also enjoy private off the road parking. Bed linen may be hired at a reasonable cost.

Fairlawns Hall Apartments & Mews Cottages Specifications

Apartment 2 (4-7 persons)
This is a comfortable 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, facing the mews and side garden. It has a large lounge with dining area and a separate fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed and bunk beds and a small ensuite shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a double and room for an extra bed if needed, and there is a separate bathroom.

Apartment 4 (4-7 persons)
This is a spacious two bedroom ground floor apartment converted from the previous ballroom. French doors lead directly into the garden from the lounge and No.1 bedroom which has a double and a single bed. Bedroom No. 2 sleeps four people and is equipped with a double bed, bunk beds and a hand basin.  Fully fitted kitchen, separate lounge/diner.  Large family shower room.

Apartment 5 (4-7 persons)
This first floor, south facing, two bedroom apartment has extensive views of Torbay from the lounge. This large room also incoporates a fined kitchen and dining area. Bedroom No. 1 has a double bed and bunk beds and hand basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and a hand basin. There is a separate shower and toilet.

Apartment 7 (5-8 persons)
Faces the side garden and St. Michael's Woods. This sunny, large, 2 bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor. Large comfortably furnished lounge/diner. Separate fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom No.1 is spacious with a double bed, bunk beds and a hand basin. Bedroom No.2 has adouble bed, a single bed and a hand basin. There is a family bathroom and a separate shower room.

Mews Cottage 11 (2-6 persons)
A recently re-refiirbished flat with access to the courtyard area. It has a large lounge/dining room incorporating a fully fitted kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, separated by a fully equipped bathroom. The large family room has a double bed and bunk beds. The second bedroom has a double bed, and an adjoining toilet.

Mews Cottage 14 (2-3 persons)
Mews cottage with it's own front door. Lounge with a convertible bed-settee. Bedroom with double bed. Fully fitted kitchen. Bathroom and toilet.

Mews Cottage 15 (2-3)
This one bedroom cottage overlooks the mews courtyard and has it's own front door with inclined pathway leading from the side garden. Lounge with convertible bed settee. Bedroom with double bed. Fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and toilet.

Mews cottage 16 (4-6 persons)
This cottage has it's own front door, reached by an inclined pathway leading from the side garden. It has a large lounge with dining area and separate fitted kitchen. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, a double bed and a separate annex room which has bunk beds, making it a perfect for families. The second bedroom has a double bed, with use of a separate shower and toilet.

Please note: Bunk beds supplied are recommended for children up to the age of 15, and bed -settees are suitable for one adult.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

  • The accommodation must be used by the persons listed on the booking form and must not be sub-let.
  • Visitors are allowed only after having permission from the management.
  • All reservations commence at 3p.m. on the day of arrival and terminate at 10a.m. on the day of departure.
  • The occupants undertake to keep the premises, furniture and fittings, etc. in a clean and tidy condition and so leave them, and make good or pay for any articles of furniture broken, lost, damaged or destroyed during their occupation.
  • In the event of cancellation the hirer may be held responsible for the whole amount of the booking unless the accommodation is re-let.
  • We advise that you take out insurance to cover this eventuality which is available at moderate cost.
  • The deposit is non-returnable.

  • The occupants agree not to cause annoyance to others by making what the management consider to be excessive noise within the building or grounds.
  • In the interest of safety and for the benefit of all, children must not play on halls and staircases.
  • Children should only use the splash pool under the supervision of their parents.
  • The proprietors are relieved of liability for any accident or loss or damage which might be sustained by the applicants on their property.
  • The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and they cannot accept bookings for large parties of single people.
  • RESERVATIONS: Subject to accommodation still being available on receipt of deposit.
